The NIA has charged three individuals, including a Pakistan-based handler, in a terror conspiracy linked to arms seizures in J&K's Poonch. Abdul Aziz, Munawar Hussain, and Nazir Hussain face charges under UAPA and the Arms Act. Nazir, an operative of Jammu and Kashmir Ghaznavi Force, allegedly radicalized youth and supplied arms for terror attacks.
