Ryanair co-founder’s $14M Kentucky horse farm now listed for $57.5M

Ryanair co-founder Tony Ryan bought Kentucky’s historic Castleton Farm for $14 million in 2001. Now, his family is seeking $57.5 million for the 951-acre estate, which includes a 13,500-square-foot Greek Revival mansion, 16 barns, 268 stalls, 10 homes and historic landmarks. The property, once home to celebrated racehorses, heads to auction October 28.
